·01 / Challenge

Challenge.

CoreIT LLC provides managed IT services to small and medium businesses, the kind of work that runs quietly in the background until something breaks. Their existing web presence didn't reflect the quality of that work: a template site that loaded slowly, buried the key services, and gave potential clients no clear reason to call.

For a managed IT provider, the website is itself a first proof of competence. A slow, cluttered site is a red flag before the first conversation. They needed a site that was fast, clear, and easy to maintain.

·02 / Approach

Approach.

We kept the scope deliberately narrow. No animations for their own sake, no hero videos, no social feed embeds. The brief was clarity: get a visitor from landing to a phone call with as little friction as possible.

The stack is Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind, chosen for performance and maintainability. The site builds to static HTML, loads fast on any connection, and can be updated without touching a CMS or a developer. Service pages are structured around the questions IT buyers actually ask: what's covered, what's the response time, who do I call.

Typography and layout were tuned for scannability. A managed IT client reads the site the same way they read a service-level agreement: quickly, looking for the terms that matter.

·03 / Outcome

Outcome.

CoreIT's site now loads in under a second on a standard connection and scores clean on Lighthouse. The services are front and center; the contact path is one step.

For a service business where trust is built before the first call, having a website that demonstrates the same discipline the company brings to its clients' infrastructure is the right place to start.
